RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each of our products is packaged with great care and attention to detail.
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on open/used products due to hygiene and safety standards, however we are available to individually assess each claim if any issue arises.
Should your purchase be damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a refund/returns claim. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the reason for return is deemed at fault of Wellness.Beauty.Rituals
If you would like to cancel your order after your order has been placed due to change of mind, this must be communicated to us before your item is dispatched. Any order cancellations after the order has been made will incur a 10% reshelving fee. Please note that we can not cancel your order due to change of mind once this order has been dispatched.
Crystals and any other product containing a crystal may very in shape, size and colour as these are natural products and not produced. Please note we can not offer exchanges on crystals due to colour, shape and size preferences.
